So, a couple weeks ago I made a fake trailer for The Good German Shepherd and put it on YouTube. It was kind of a one-trick-pony, but I still thought it was funnyish.
Then like ten minutes ago my pal Jeremy is like, “They’re doing a Good German Shepherd trailer on NPR.” He turns up his radio and sure enough, Day to Day was playing a fake audio trailer that was very similar to mine, right down to the Rin Tin Tin reference.
Then my other coworker Camilla overheard us talking about it and asked if I’m the guy behing this website, which I’m totally not.
Did I get ripped off? Probably not. It’s a pretty obvious joke, but it’s kinda weird and makes me wonder if I’ve ever had an original thought.
